Revision concept

The renewal of our used vehicles takes place on the basis of a uniform procedure that is the same for all trolleys, divided into six steps. Each step is subject to very rigorous quality controls that guarantee maximum safety and reliability down to the smallest detail. You benefit from higher maintenance costs low and gives a higher evaluation

Phase 1: Initial check

During the initial check we detect the status of the cart. All components relevant to safety and worn, such as the tires and brakes are replaced with original spare parts.

Phase 2: Breakdown

Next, the cart is disassembled and cleaned carefully. Consumables, such as brake fluid, engine oil, and hydraulic oil, are disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner. and second hand.

Phase 3: Reviewing the components

Now the reconditioning of the components takes place. Depending on the type of cart we replace the tires and spring elements, we overhaul tie rods and axles, we assemble new bearings and pins. The gearboxes and motors are overhauled, the parts subject to worn and replaced. The battery is renewed or replaced. The uppercuts come dismantled, the hoses and chains replaced

Phase 4: Surface treatment

The trolley frame and uprights are filled, sanded and painted. The roof of protection, the steering system, the side shifter, the tilt cylinders and the battery, after checking, they are sandblasted and repainted.

Step 5: Recomposition

The frame, mast and all components are reassembled and the trolley comes then reassembled. The forklift is now like new.

Phase 6: Final check

Finally, the final check takes place with a functional test with the payload. Every cart comes out of the review process with premium quality, equipped with quality certificate
